How do I register for an online account?

• Click on 'Register' in the top right-hand corner of the page
• Fill in the form to setup the login account. If you have an account number, please make sure to enter it in the ‘DGI Account Number’ field. Accounts without a DGI Account Number are placed in a guest checkout account, subject to sales tax and retail pricing. We will attempt to find and update your account number with information provided.
• Click the box next to "I'm not a robot"
• Click 'Register'

To Login

• Click 'Login' in the top right-hand corner
• Enter 'Login' (Email Address) and 'Password' you created
• Click on the 'Sign in' button
• If you cannot remember your password, click on ‘Can’t remember my password’

How do I track my orders?

To track your orders online:

• Log into your DGI Supply web account and click on Overview from the menu on the left-hand side or the drop-down menu from your login name on the upper right.
• In the 'Overview' section, click ‘Invoiced Orders’ and then on the order you are looking for. Tracking information is at the bottom of the order detail screen. Tracking numbers for items shipped from our vendors may not be available online. Please contact Customer Service at 800-923-6255 or customercare@dgisupply.com to check status.
• This screen will show the status of the order in our system, along with shipping details.

How do I view my Invoices or Statements online?

• Log into DGI Supply web account and click on Overview from the menu on the left-hand side or the drop-down menu from your login name on the upper right.
• The Overview section shows a list of your account's invoices.

How do I edit my Payment Methods?

To edit payment information, log into DGI Supply web account and click on Account Settings from the menu on the left-hand side. Scroll down to Payment Methods and add/change your information accordingly. If you need further assistance, please call 800-923-6255.

How do I apply for a credit account?

If you would like to apply for an open account, please print out and complete the credit application. Return the completed form to one of the following:

Our credit department will then evaluate your account for open terms.

Does DGI ship internationally?

We currently only ship in North America, which includes the United States, Canada and Mexico.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Customer Order Pad's

• Log into your DGI Supply web account and click on Order Pads from the menu on the left-hand side or the drop-down menu from your login name on the upper right.
• To add an item to an order pad,
  • Find the desired item on the web site
  • Click the Add to Order Pad from the item detail page and either create a new order pad list name or chose an existing list name, then Confirm.
• On the 'Order Pads' tab, click on 'View' next to the order pad
• To order items from an existing order pad.
• Open Order Pad List name and add desired items to the cart.

Setting up an Order Approval Account for Multi-User Accounts

Web Order Approvals - For Buyers

• Go to www.dgisupply.com
• Log into your DGI Supply web account.
• Place desired items in shopping cart and click on Checkout.
• Complete the Shipping Information, Billing Information & Delivery sections.
• Click on Review Order and make any edits needed.
• Click on Submit Order
• If your order is subject to approval by another person in your organization a message will appear indicating so.
• Receive confirmation message that order has been submitted for approval
• Receive email confirmation that order has been submitted for approval

Web Order Approvals - For Approvers

• Receive email notification that an order is pending for approval
• Go to www.dgisupply.com
• Log into your DGI Supply web account and click on Overview from the menu on the left-hand side or the drop-down menu from your login name on the upper right.
• Locate pending order in the 'Orders Pending Approval' section and click on the Order ID#
• Review the order
• Click on either the 'Reject Order' or 'Approve Order' button
• Receive confirmation that the order has been updated

If approved, order is sent to DGI for processing. Email confirmation is sent to the field employee. If rejected, email confirmation is sent to the Buyer

Download Account Statement

• Go to www.dgisupply.com
• Log into your DGI Supply web account and click on Overview from the menu on the left-hand side or Account Center from the drop-down menu from your login name on the upper right.
• Click on the Invoiced Orders heading from the Overview menu and then View All Invoices (lower right-hand corner).
• Click on Download Account Statement (upper right) to generate the Excel file.
