Jackson safety F50 polycarbonate face shields are designed to provide on-the-job protection for heat applications, as well as for grinding, flying debris and splashes. The IRUV shade 5.0 (green) helps protect against infrared (IR) and ultraviolet radiation (UVA / UVB) during tasks like light cutting and brazing. Made of durable polycarbonate material, the face protection shield measures 8 in H x 15.5 in W x 0.06 in Thk and may be used again (depending on the task). The faceshield is designed for use in light industrial manufacturing, general splash protection, landscaping and food processing. These face shields have a D3 rating for splash protection. It’s compatible with the Jackson safety hard hat interchange system. It snaps into place on compatible headgear and hard hat systems - no special tools required.
